This Privacy Policy explains how Visulingo ("Visulingo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Visulingo mobile application and related services (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

When you create an account we process, depending on your sign-in method:
When you sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email address; in that case we receive an Apple-provided relay address instead of your real email.
If you buy a subscription or token package, the purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. We and RevenueCat receive purchase and subscription status (e.g. whether you are a premium user, token balance, transaction identifiers). We never receive or store your full payment card details — those are handled solely by Apple or Google.
We rely on the following service providers, who process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies:
These providers may process data on servers located outside your country of residence, including the United States. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.
Where the GDPR applies, we process your data based on: performance of our contract with you (providing the App), your consent (e.g. reminders), our legitimate interests (security, improving the service), and compliance with legal obligations.
We keep your account and learning data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from within the App, your account record and associated personal data are deleted, except where we must retain certain information to comply with legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls provided by our infrastructure partners. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
